  • We plan an intentional full-day site visit focused on the key areas we are developing during coaching calls. By observing, supporting, and coaching you in action, we’ll accelerate growth. It’s a game changer! 

  • People learn by doing and getting targeted feedback based on skills we’re developing in our work together. By leveraging video observation of meetings you facilitate, we can intentionally pinpoint strengths to replicate in the future, and dive deeper into areas we discuss during coaching sessions.

  • We can work side-by-side on plans you are working on or you can share plans for review and feedback. By leveraging us as a neutral, unbiased thought partner who is here entirely for your success, you can feel even more confident and prepared to maximize your effectiveness and impact!
